The name of the house comes from the yard of producing nail in the village of Xhendelesse ( "cloutiers" in French is the name of the person who made nails). The house was one of these many places. That production disappeared with the development of industry in the region of Liege. The room is separated into 3 parts: a central room with a bed (and possibility of adding a bed for families), another bedroom with a double bed and a individual bathroom communicating with the central room. The house was build in 1623 and is surrounded by a big backyard and a garden.
